Say Hello to Our New Team Members!

We have a few new faces running around the office these days. Say hello to our new team members!

Laura Jones Think KindnessLaura Jones

Hello! I am Laura. I am married with 2 kiddos – Nash (3) and Emery (19 months) who keep me very busy 🙂 When I’m not taking care of my kids, I love to do projects around my house, drink wine with friends, and I love to shop…any kind of shopping really!

Q: What’s your favorite act of kindness to do on a whim?
A: I love to pay for someone’s coffee behind me in line, or help a mom who’s juggling multiple kids (open the door for a stroller or car seat).

Q: Why is kindness important?
A: I think kindness is important because its something so simple that can make such a difference in someone’s life. If everyone just took a moment to think about being kind or doing a kind gesture for someone, we would be a much happier group of people. Be kind….. it’s really that simple.

Q: Why do you like working with TK?
A: I like working with Think Kindness because I feel like we are really doing something influential in young kid’s lives…… they need all the positive influence they can get in this day and age.

Q: Coffee or tea?
A: Tea

Q: Scrambled or over-easy?
A: 2 eggs over medium with toast

Q: If you were BFF’s w/ a superhero who would it be?
A: Wonder Woman

Kristin Stith

Hey guys! My name is Kristin and I am honored to be apart of the TK team. I am responsible for assisting Brian in a lot of the marketing efforts. I am passionate about God, getting outside and good nutrition. I am a marvelously mediocre snowboarder and an even worse crossfit athlete. I love listening (Audible all the way) to a good book and attending live music events.

Q: What’s your favorite act of kindness to do on a whim?
A: Babysit and over-tip servers. I haven’t yet been blessed with children of my own, so I LOVE to serve other couples by taking their kids of their hands for awhile. It’s fun for me and often means the world to the parents. Now, when it comes to over-tipping… I was in the service industry for years and I know how what it’s like. People can be cruel, demanding, and unloving. There was nothing that lit my day up more than serving joyful beings and getting tipped well.

Q: Why is kindness important?
A: I think kindness is important because it makes the world go round. And, as simple as being kind can be, it can be challenging. Life is a grind and to constantly remind yourself that no matter what you have going on, to be kind to others, no matter how bad of a day you’re having… is tough! But, there’s no better feeling and nothing matters more. I need to tattoo this on my forehead.

Q: Why do you like working with TK?
A: I don’t like working for Think Kindness, I LOVE working for Think Kindness. I run our social accounts and seeing the message that comes in makes my heart explode. I want everyone to see how much good there really is out there. Also, I love kids, they remind of what it means to be grounded. I really believe in what this organization is doing for our country and our world.

Q: Coffee or tea?
A: How is that even a question? Coffee is dessert for me, my treat of the day!

Q: Scrambled or over-easy?
A: Over-easy with sourdough toast.

Q: If you were BFF’s w/ a superhero who would it be?
A: The baby on the Incredibles. What a little stud.
