Kindness Crew is a year-round kindness-based leadership program specifically designed for elementary schools.
The goal of the kindness crew is to create a team of students in your school with the sole purpose of inspiring and carrying out acts of kindness throughout your entire student body.
Once signed up, you will receive a year of school-wide kindness challenges. Each challenge is creative, unique, and outside-the-box . . . surely to get your students excited to BE KIND.

Each challenge features videos with tips, tricks and tactics for students to become effective leaders in their school. In addition, each crew member will have the opportunity to hold a unique job within your team, giving them the opportunities to truly shine!

We’ve designed the program specifically for elementary. With that being said, yes some schools adapt the school-wide challenges for middle school audiences. We will be designing a curriculum specifically for middle schools in the future.
Yes, 100%. We realize that each school and district operates a little differently, we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.
The typical kindness crew has 10-15 students.
We recommend that each kindness crew meets at least twice a month.
Typically the advisor is either the school counselor, teacher, or parent volunteer.
There are 7 kindness challenges that will be available on August 1st for your school. Our team will be adding additional kindness challenges throughout the year as well!
You will receive access to the kindness materials for the duration of the current school year.
